The second edition of Blog Action Day has been announced recently. Aiming to unite the bloggers from all over the world around a chosen issue, the event will focus on poverty this year. I strongly encourage you to participate. The only thing you have to do is register on the website and post a note or a video about poverty on October 15th. If you’re not yet convinced, I strongly advise you to watch the very engaging teaser they released.
The first edition was clearly a success with over 20000 bloggers discussing about the environment. I remember that I wrote a note about recycling in South East Asia. In just a few days, more than 2300 bloggers registered to participate to the 2008 edition, exceeding a 4 millions readers audience.
